Get to know us a bit better

Better Health Greenhills is a modern purpose built medical centre that provides general medical services and some specialist procedures.  Previously known as Greenhills Medical Centre for over 25 years, the practice was rebuilt in 2014. The practice has 4 full time GP’s, nursing staff and allied health professions.

Better Health Greenhills offers high quality general medical services to Maitland and the Hunter region and endeavours to distinguish itself within the health care profession.

Accreditation

Better Health Greenhills has been fully accredited with AGPAL according to the standards set down by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners every 3 years.

Qualifications

Our doctors are highly qualified apart from Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Our doctors also have a variety of special qualifications and interests including obstetrics and gynaecology, dermatology, mental health, chronic disease management, skin cancer surgery, and other surgical procedures.

Teaching

Our practice is actively involved in the education of Registrars from GP Synergy and Medical Students from the University of Newcastle. We appreciate our patients’ cooperation and participation in this training process.

Ongoing Education

Our doctors and nurses all participate in continuing medical education to stay up-to-date and maintain their skills.
